Problems with migration of information
There is a problem with the migration of information from your old BankID App right now. Please try this:
- Reboot your phone and try again;
- If that doesn’t help, wait 24 hours and try again;
- If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact your bank for assistance.
- Alternatively you can delete the app and download and activate the app again. Be aware that this means there will be a one hour waiting period for security reasons to complete the activation.
