I still use a code device: What applies to me?

The requirements for confirming identity do not currently apply to those who only use a BankID code device. ID verification solutions for code device users will be launched at a later date.

You can therefore still use the code device, but we encourage everyone to start using the app, which has better security and universal design. If you want to start using the BankID app, you can confirm your identity by scanning your passport or ID card in the app.
