What data do I share when I use the ID card?

When you use the ID card, you do not share more data than necessary with the store or company that checks your ID. The company only gets access to the data they need to carry out the verification. An example of this is when you buy age-restricted products at Vinmonopolet. In that case, only your photo and age will be shown on the employee’s screen. This is not stored by the company, but only displayed for the purpose of the check.
