Who does this apply to?

This applies to most users of the BankID app.

Those who are subject to the ID check will receive a notification directly in the BankID app explaining what they need to do. Users who are not asked to confirm their identity do not need to do anything.

It applies not to:

1. people under 18
2. people who only use a code token
3. people with foreign passports. If you receive a notification in the app and you have a foreign passport, you can ignore the alert. A technical solution is being developed for this group.
